Hatteras Yacht Fisherman was launched in December 1972.

At 58.4ft long with a beam of 15.10ft and a displacement of 34 tons, this is one serious offshore fisher that offers a tremendous amount of space onboard.

The engines were rebuilt in 1998 and have since logged less than 1000 hours. The accommodation onboard comprises of 3 luxury cabins plus the saloon. This has the potential to be an ideal charter boat although it is not currently coded. When you look at the photographs listed or even better step onboard for yourself, you will love the way the deck is laid out. It does not matter if you are into fishing, diving, photography or just want to relax onboard this luxury yacht, this is the boat for you.

The engines are two Detroit diesel 8V71T, rebuilt in 1998 with the add
of turbochargers and some cromes, and they have 800 hours. they work
good and the boat is manouvrable even thanks to the electronic throttle
added . the cruising speed is 9-11 knots (1150 RPM) and maximum with the
turbos is 19-20 knots(2000RPM) .

if you run at 1100-1200 rpm the consumption is 18-20 gallons per hour,at max speed around 30 gallons per hour.

The engines have been serviced and maintained on a regular basis and are equipped with only the best of gear including Racor fuel filters. The engine room is also monitored by a colour CCTV system that allows you to know immediately the first signs of anything going wrong or can be used to keep a close eye on your crew.

There are 3 fuel tanks onboard with 355 gallons in the bow, 271 gallons amidships and 307 gallons in the stern. This helps eliminate the same risk of having contaminated fuel and also increases the boats range. Like the fuel tanks, the water tanks are also separated with 145 gallons in the stern and 100 gallons amidships.

The propellers and shafts are what help give this boat as much stability in the water as they grip the water so well. The shafts are 2 inch in diameter and over 17ft in length. They are made of stainless steel and turn a Michigan Wheel Company 4 bladed bronze propeller.

Accomodation

The accommodation onboard this yacht offers so much comfort and luxury that you could easily liveaboard as your permanent home. On offer is 6 berths in 3 cabins, plus the saloon and the whole boat is covered by 3 Crusair air conditioning units. There are 3 heads compartments onboard that help to give you and your guests as much privacy as possible.

The galley however is the real head turner for you. This galley is equipped with:-

Decking Equipment

The electrical system onboard comprises of

• 32 volts DC system (engines, bilge pumps, navigation lights, windlass and house)
• 12 volts DC system (electronics, bilge pumps and high water alarms)
• 110 volts AC system (house and lights)
• 220 volts AC system (stove, washer and dryer)

The main electrical power is supplied from a Kohler 12.5 CCFO Generator providing 110 Volts whilst the Kohler 8 CCO Generator supplies 220 Volts. The 8 batteries onboard were all replaced in August 2007 and are charged up via alternator or by one of the 2 battery chargers onboard.

The interiors condition is very good, considered that we'll give the boat with all the fornitures soyoun can virtually move immediately with the boat.. woods are in good

conditions and we builded ourselves a double bed in the fw stateroom,tohave two double/bed cabins (the master is bigger than a normal house'sroom) and one with a double bunk, to have the guest as confortable as possible.

The boat will need bottom paint and a check on the second gen., plus little cosmetics.
