This is one of the very few Leopard 38' that was built for a private buyer and has never been used for charter.. This catamaran was sailed from Capetown to FL on her own bottom in 2001, and has since been used for day sailing in the Pensacola area untill january 2008 when the second owner sail her to Guatemala.
The owner had his yacht hauled yearly for the hurricane season, and has maintained this yacht in new condition. She is presently waiting for you in fresh water.
Fully loaded with Generator, air conditioning, chart plotter, radar, dinghy & outboard, full enclosure for cockpit, the option list is very long!
Available immediately. Highly recommended for live aboard blue water cruising.
The Leopard
38 features and owner dedicated starboard hull incorporating a very comfortable stateroom forward with
double berth, en suite head, separate study area and a large dedicated shower room aft. The port hull
offer guests two private double cabins and a very large head and shower.
The salon comfortably seats six and large windows provide a panoramic view while ceiling fans and forward
portholes maximize ventilation. The refreshlingly pratical galley layout features Corian work surfaces,
plentifulstorage and a spacious fridge/freezer.
The Moorings 3800 also features the range's trademark 'targa' arch wich liberates the cockpit and allows
direct access to the aft swim platform, great for snorkeling and diving. Wide hatches on the aft platform
enable exterior access to the engines and a large technical room to starboard.
Equipped with top-of-the-line electronics and hardware, high powered engines and air-conditioning, this
catamaran is a real pleasure to sail.
