Rio Dulce Marina for sale

Not a boat for sale, but something that may be interesting if you are tired of cruising around and still wanting to stay in touch with the boating community.
This facility has 12 to 15 slips and a bunch of buildings that could be used for different's commercial purposes a well as a place to leave.
This marina is situated on "el relleno" side of the bridge in the aldea Fronteras, Izabal. Just before the bridge over the Rio Dulce as you can see on the picture below.

The marina side has 12 to 15 side ties slips on 3 separate docks depending on boat size.

There are 6 buildings on the property, the main house and the second building are constructed of treated lumber with aluminum roof.

The main house is a new 2 story building with a patio front and french doors balcony upstairs
The ground floor is occupy by the kitchen, the living room area, the bathroom and has the laundry facility behind it.
the second floor has the bedroom and a large closet that could be transformed in an en suite bathroom

A second building has 4 rooms, two up, two down each with a separate entrance and could be used as lodging.

Facing the water two large rooms were designed to be used one as a boat spare parts shop and the other as a small bar.

There is also a large workshop, storage rental units and a building housing the toilets and showers.
