Like all Morgan Out Island yachts, she has a hand lay-up fiberglass hull, heavily ballasted, full-lenght keel and large rudder to give good directional stability under sail.
Her shoal draft keel opens up new cruising horizons while maintening the compromise between directional stability and maneuverability when tacking. And her efficient slop rig, with a 150% overlapping geno, has been carefully balanced with her keel profile for ease of steering.
Below, the OI 30 offers a spacious salon with extra wide30" berths port and starboard (starboard convert easily to a double), a drop down dinette table easily stowed when not in use.
Large L shape galley, easy access to the engine room, enclosed head with shower come habdy for both the forward stateroom and the main salon.
